FAQ

Simple answers to early questions.

Does Pulse replace emergency services?

No. In an emergency, you must call emergency services. Pulse helps you prepare, understand context and coordinate your household.

Is the RavenScore a risk score?

No. Risk describes the local context. RavenScore measures household preparedness: resources, actions, freshness, plan and network.

What happens to the data?

The product principle is to limit data to what is necessary, separate personal use from aggregated views and explain processing clearly.

Why a 72h GoBag?

Because the first hours matter. The GoBag connects the physical kit to Pulse: inventory, reminders, replenishment and actions during alerts.

Is the beta open?

The waitlist is open. First tests will be activated progressively with pilot households and territories.

What do local governments see?

The goal is an aggregated view of risks, priorities and preparedness levels to better target prevention, not individual monitoring.

What do insurers see?

Pro offers focus on aggregated prevention and impact indicators, to activate policyholders before events and measure action.

How do citizen reports work?

They help share local context with photo, location, category and comment. They never replace emergency channels.
